Terms of sale

The catalogue provides information about available products. By submitting an order, the customer makes a purchase request. An order is confirmed only after an administrator checks stock and agrees the delivery terms and final total. Where a variant has its own price, that price applies; otherwise the product base price is used. Each line price is stored with the order when it is placed. Actual stock is checked again before confirmation. Delivery may not be included in the initial total. It is agreed separately and added before the order is confirmed. Payment instructions are provided with confirmation. An order can be cancelled before dispatch from its order page or through support. Returns and quality claims are handled under the Returns section and applicable law. Site copy, photographs and brand assets may not be used commercially without the rights holder's permission.
