Returns

Inspect the packaging and item when it arrives. If the wrong product was sent or you find a defect or transit damage, send the order number, a description and photographs through the contact page. Eligibility to return a non-defective item depends on its condition, preserved consumer qualities and applicable law. The piece must be unworn and unwashed with labels intact. Statutory exceptions may apply to personalised or used goods. Agree the return with support before sending it. We will provide the address, shipping method and required documents. Once the returned item has been inspected, funds are returned through the original payment method or another agreed method. Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return and mandatory legal requirements.
