Delivery and payment

Orders within Kazakhstan can be placed without creating an account. After the basket, contact details and address are submitted, the order is created with delivery pending confirmation. Delivery method and cost are calculated individually based on destination and parcel size. An administrator will contact you, offer available options and confirm the cost. The order is confirmed only after that; product prices are fixed when the order is placed. Registered customers can follow the status in their account. Guests receive a protected order link.
